A Model Jihadi Material Support Bill

Since Muslims object when a legal body tries to limit the spread of Sharia law, it seems timely to submit a model bill for state legislatures that no Muslim could object to, since it is based on the political doctrine found in the Koran, Sira, Hadith and Sharia.

The Legislature finds that jihad is a necessary part of Sharia law. Jihad is commanded as incumbent on all Muslims in the Koran, the Hadith and the Sira, as well as the Sharia. Hence, the Legislature proposes that a Jihadi Registration Board be maintained by the Attorney General.

Registered jihadis may establish fund raising for the Jihadi Registration Board Fund, since material support is commanded in the Koran for all Muslims to contribute to “fighting in Allah’s cause”.

Koran 61:10 Muslims! Should I show you a profitable exchange that will keep you from severe torment? Believe in Allah and His messenger and fight valiantly for Allah’s cause [jihad] with both your wealth and your lives. It would be better for you, if you only knew it!

Jihadis will receive a photo ID and a registration number. Quarterly reports will be made to the Attorney General by a Sharia compliance group to assure that all funds raised by the Jihadi Registration Board go the strict purpose of jihad.

Should a jihadi be killed in the process of jihad against any and all Kafirs, the Jihadi Registration Board will use money from the Board Fund for maintenance of the jihadi’s family, both here and overseas.

There will be a strict limitation of weapons used to those of Mohammed’s jihad—swords, knives, arrows and stones. Severed Kafir heads may be displayed on pikes or if multiple heads are involved stacked in the standard pyramidal pile, as per the Golden Age in Spain. All jihadi attacks using modern weapons will be charged as normal first degree murder.

KAFIR OPT OUT
All Kafirs (non-Muslims) may register as a dhimmi with the Attorney General. The dhimmi registration list will be maintained by the Jihadi Registration Board. All dhimmis will wear a distinctive arm band or belt as per the standards of the Jihadi Registration Board. ID laminated cards on a lanyard are also acceptable. Registered dhimmis names, home addresses, work locations and car license plates will be available on the web site of the Jihadi Registration Board.

After registration as a dhimmi, the dhimmi will have to pay a jizyah tax to the fund administered by the Sharia compliance group. The jizyah tax rate will be the same as Mohammed used at Khaybar, 50% of the gross income. Such jizyah funds will be strictly maintained separately from the jihadi material support funds. The dhimmi contributions can only be used for dawah (preaching Islam to the Kafirs). All imams and Muslim Brotherhood agents can use these funds for dawah.

Since the Hadith call for all dhimmis to well protected by all Muslims, jihad attacks on registered dhimmis will be treated as first degree murder.

“While Jesus was sent specifically to the Israelites, Muhammed was sent to all humanity. This was emphasized by Jesus as well:
“But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Isreal (Matthew 15:24)”

I will answer all of your quotes from the 1611 King James Bible as it stands.

    Matthew 15:22-28)
22 – And, behold, a woman of Canaan came our of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 – But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24 – But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Isreal.
25 – Then came she and worshiped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26 – But he answered and said, it is not meet to take the children’s bread, and cast it to the dogs.
27 – And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.
28 – Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

“Jesus never claimed to be God or the son of God”

    Matthew 16:13-17
13 – When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 – And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist; some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15 – He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 – And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 – And Jesus ansered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

“Nor did he appoint a church to entrust itself with reshaping the faith and re-inventing the law.”

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock (Peter’s confession that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God) I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

“Jesus a human monotheist repeatedly called to Alla the one God and warned those who ascribed partners with Him: Jesus said to him “Away from me Satan, for it is written: Worship the Lord our God and Him only (Matthew 4:10).

    Matthew 4:1-11
1 – Then was Jesus led up of the spirit into the wilderness to be temped of the devil.
2 – And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
3 – And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
4 – But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 – Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6 – And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7 – Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shlt not tempt the Lord thy God.
    8 – Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 – And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 – Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship; the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 – Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

“The most important one, “answered Jesus”, is this: Hear, O Isreal, the Lord our God, the Lord is one (Mark 12:20)

    Mark 12:28-31
28 – And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
29 – And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 – And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with ll thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
31 – And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

“Jesus emphasized his own humanity: “as it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God (John 8:40)”.

    John 8:39-42
39 – They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
40 – But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
41 – Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
42 – Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.”

“By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear (John 5:30)”

    John 5:30
30 – I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

“Jesus prophesied the coming Prophet whose universal message will stay forever: “He is the one who comes after me, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie”

First let me tell you that Jesus did not prophesy this statement. It came from John the Baptist.

    John 1:25-34
25 – And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet?
    26 – John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;
27 – He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
28 – These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
29 – The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
30- This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
31 – And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.
32 – And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.
33 – And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
34 – And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

“And I will ask the father, and He will give you another counslor to be with you forever. (John 14:16)”

    The Promise of the Spirit
    John 14:16-21
    16 – And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;
17 – Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 – I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 – Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also
20 – At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 – He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

So now we have God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit,
the trinity, which Jesus the Christ, the Son of God and Savior of the world revealed to us in his Holy Bible (1611 Authorized King James Bible)

“Muhammad was to build and maintain the model: Individual, society, and nation. In other words, establishing the kingdom of Allah on earth.”

Well, it seems like he is doing a good job of trying to establish a kingdon of Allah on earth, but praise God, the kingdom of God is within me. “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God”. (1 Corinthians 2:12)

    John 1:1-5
1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 – The same was in the beginning with God.
3 – All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 – In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 – And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

    John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice on the cross for my sins, that I might have everlasting life.

  2. Guy Macher

Guy Macher asked me: “Ayatollah khomeini said that it is the duty of all Muslims to fight until all the world was subjugated and under Islam rule, how can you claim Islam is peaceful?”

Islam is the religion of peace and love. The Koran is full of verses indicating man’s love of things, human love, man’s love of Allah, Allah’s love in the negative sense, i.e. Allah loveth not.., Allah’s love for man etc.

In Islam, true love is not turning your other cheek to your enemy, but rather to know the truth and abide by it. Let’s together know the truth, or what love truly is in Islam.

When the Koran is read without bias, one can find that Islam is a non-sectarian, non-racial, non-doctrinal, and universal religion. Islam is just submission to the will of Allah. This implies (1) faith in the one and only God, Allah, (2) doing right, being an example to others to do right, and having the power to see that the right prevails, (3) eschew wrong, and having the power to see that wrong and injustice are defeated. If all this occurs, love will spread all over the universe. Islam therefore lives not for itself, but for mankind.

    As the Koran says:

You are the best nation ever brought forth to men, bidding to honor, and forbidding dishonor, and believing in Allah…(Al-Imran, 110).

Ayatollah Khumeini was a hard liner fundamentalist, and as it seems he borrowed the Prophet saying:

“I have been ordered by Allah to fight against the people till they testify that none has the right to be worshipped by Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform prayer, and pay alms, so if they perform all that, then they save their lives, and properties from me except Islamic laws, and their reckoning will be done by Allah (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Hadith No. 24).

This saying of the Prophet was based on the Koranic verse:

“And fight them, until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah. But if they desist, then let there be no hostility except against wrongdoers (Al-Baqarah, 193).

To non Muslims coming from different cultures, and looking at Islam as alien religion, the Koranic verse and the saying of the Prophet may seem violent! The Koranic verse and the saying of the Prophet are however, a mercy sent from the All-Merciful to His creation in order to establish and for the last time His kingdom on earth. It is a Command from the All-Mighty to His Prophet to struggle in the cause of Allah in order to spread peace and love on a disturbed earth. Why to struggle, why the Prophet with his poor means has to go through this agony and toil?

It is true that both Jesus and Muhammad, as well as all true Prophets from Adam, Noah, etc, brought essentially the same Message: Islam, that is, pure monotheism and submission to the will and guidance of Allah by adhering to His Books. However, the details were not identical, but varied to cope with the time and nation addressed.

While Jesus was sent specifically to the Israelites, Muhammad was sent to all humanity. This was emphasized by Jesus as well:

But he answered and said: “I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” (Mathew 15:24).

In contrast, the Koran declares the universal Message of Islam:

Say: “O people surely I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, of Him Whose the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; there is no God but He; He brings to life and causes to die; therefore believe in Allah and His Messenger, the illiterate Prophet who believes in Allah and His Words, and follow him so that you may walk in the right way (Yusuf, 104).

    And also:

And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds (Al-Anbiya, 107).

This mercy is true love from the Creator to His servants. He wanted to admit them to Paradise by sending the last Warner, the Prophet of Islam.

While the original Message of Jesus was distorted and deviated from monotheism, the Message of the seal of the Prophets Muhammad was to stay valid and preserved to the end of time. While Jesus’s emphasis was on moral salvation and reform of the individual, with only a few rulings on marriage and divorce…etc, the final Message of Islam brought a detailed comprehensive code dealing with all aspects of human life: personal, family, social, economic, political, and international. Jesus stressed on purifying the soul; Muhammad was to buid and maintain the model: Individual, society, and nation. In other words, establishing the kingdom of Allah on earth.

Jesus, a human monotheist Prophet repeatedly called to Allah the One God and warned those who ascribed partners to Him:

Jesus said to him, “Away from me Satan, for it is written: “Worship the Lord your God and Him only.” (Mathew 4:10).

“The most important one, ” answered Jesus, “is this: “Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One.” (Mark 12:29).

    Jesus emphasized his own humanity:

“As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God.” (john 8:40).

“By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear.” (John 5:30).

Jesus never claimed to be God or son of God. He never mentioned Trinity, nor did he appoint a church to entrust itself with reshaping the faith and re-inventing the law. The deviation started with Paul and some others – leaders, clergy, and phylosophers – centuries after Jesus departure. Christianity as we know it today was reformulated with its concepts of:

1- Trinity, centered around the Prophet Jesus who was thenceforth called God, begotten son of God.
2- The sacrosanct Church of Christ, talking and enacting laws in the name of God.
3- The story of crucifixion and resurrection from the dead.
    4- Original sin and atonement.

Most of these distortions were borrowed or coined from earlier pagan creeds. Close similarities could be found between the Pauline Christianity and Mithraism, Buddhism, and ancient Egyptian polytheist creeds.

During the seventh century when Muhammad was sent, there were only a few groups of followers of the original Message and teachings of Jesus. The Injeel (Gospel) revealed to Jesus no longer existed in any form, as was the case of the Torah of Moses before him. They were placed with the Old and New Testaments written by different human authors selected and sanctioned as holy by the Church ecumenical councils, several centuries after the departure of Jesus.

It was high time then to re-establish the eternal guidance of the Creator to all humanity, but this time in a final eternal form, through the glorious Koran and the detailed teachings and living model of the Prophet Muhammad.

Jesus prophesized the coming Prophet whose universal Message will stay forever:

“He is the one who comes after me, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.” (John 1:27).

“And I will ask the father, and He will give you another Counslor to be with you forever.” (John 14:16).

As a last chance to manmkind, the Koran was then sent down upon Muhammad and Allah made it the eternal constitution for Muslims and to all mankind. Allah ensured its preservation since all the other books were adulterated.

    Says the Koran:

And We have sent down to thee the Book (the Koran) with the truth, confirming the Book (Torah and Gospel) that was before it, and a watcher over it… (Al-Maidah, 48).

Abdullah Yusuf Ali, the eminent Islamic scholar, explained the word “watcher” as follows:

After the corruption of the older revelations, the Koran come with two fold purpose: (1) to confirm the true and original Message, and (2) to guard it, or act as a check to its interpretation. The Koran safeguards the Torah and the Gospel, for it has preserved within it their teachings and the teachings of all the former Books. It watches over these Books in the sense that it will not let their true teachings to be lost. It supports and upholds these Books in the sense that it corroborates the Word of Allah which has remained intact in them. It stands as a witness because it bears testimony to the Word of Allah contained in these Books and helps to sort it out from the interpretations and commentaries of the people which were mixed with it: what is confirmed by the Koran is the Word of Allah, and what is against it is that of the people.

Muhammad then came and suffered persecution and seige, all his children died in his life except Fatima who died 6 nonth after his departure, he fought pagan Arabs whether idolaters, atheists or polytheists, he re-established the concept of pure monotheism – no god is worth being worshiped but Allah (Islam) ,the only religion that Allah will accept from His servants on the Day of Resurrection.

Now the Prophet of Islam has gone, but he left behind a conspicuous Book guarded from corruption until the Day of Judgment.

It is We who has sent down the Remembrance, and We watch over it (El-Hijr, 9).

Muhammad left the Koran and his Sunna to be followed. This was the glad tidings he brought to the world. But he was also a warner to all.

    Says the Koran:

We have sent thee not, except to mankind entire, good tiding to bear and warning, but most men do not know it (Saba’, 28).

As everyone is invited to faith, the glad tidings are offered to all but they are not necessarily accepted by all.

For himself Muhammad has no powerful to benefit, nor power to hurt, save that which Allah wills. Had he knowledge of the Unseen, he should have abundance of wealth, and adversity would not touch him. He is but a warner, and a bearer of good tidings unto folk who believe.

Say: “I have no power to profit for myself, or hurt, but as Allah will. Had I knowledge of the Unseen, I would have acquired much good, and evil would not have touched me. I am only a warner, and a bearer of good tidings, to a people believing (Al-A’raf, 188).

The chastisement in the Hereafter however, is grievous if people turn their back to the last divine revealtion to humanity:

Then remind them! Thou art only a reminder; thou art not charged to oversee them.
But he who turns his back, and disbelieves, Allah shall chastise him with the greatest chastisement. Truly, to Us is their return; then upon Us shall rest their reckoning ( Al-Ghashiya 21-26).

In Islam there is no compulsion in religion, because compulsion is incompatible with religion, and because religion depends upon faith and will, and these would be meaningless if induced by force. The Message is already there for the people to ponder and contemplate, to grasp and digest. In Islam man has been given free will, either to believe or disbelieve.

    The Koran says:

No compulsion is there in religion. Rectitude (Truth) has become clear from error. So whosoever rejects evil and believes in Allah, has laid hold of the most firm handle, unbreaking. Allah is All-Hearing, All Knowing (Al-Baqarah, 256).

The Day of Judgement however, is frightful and horrific. That Day shall a man flee from his own brother and from his mother and his father, and from his wife and his children.

And warn them of the Day that is drawing near, when the hearts will be choking the throats and they can neither return them (hearts) to their chests nor can they throw them out. There will be no friend, nor an intersessor for the evildoers who could be given heed to (Ghafir, 18).

On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth and so will the heavens and they (all creatures) will appear before Allah, the One, the irresistible. And you will see the evildoers that day bound together in fetters. Their garments will be of pitch and their faces covered with fire (Ibrahim 48-50).

Going back to the saying of Khomeini which he borrowed from the saying of the Prophet, I must say that the saying of the Prophet and the Koranic verse indicating the same issue, are in fact related only to the time of the Prophet. It was the task of the Prophet to establish the concept of Tawhid (Oneness of Allah) in the Arabian penynsula. He had to fight the idolaters in order for the concept of pure monotheism to be established in the hearts of the people who were lost in the darkness of polytheism and ignorance. When that was accomplished, all people were left to believe or not to believe. The Prophet is not responsible for their folly. If people are determined to go after falsehood, they are putting themselves on a path where they will get no guidance. They are cutting themselves off from revealed truth. Allah does not guide him who gives himself up to lying and whose heart is barren of truth and gratitude.

As we read in the Koran:

And those who take protectors (son, idol, saints, priest, etc) apart from Him, saying, ‘We only serve them that they may bring us nigh in nearness to Allah,’ surely Allah shall judge between them touching that whereon they are at variance. Surely Allah guides not him who is a liar, unthankful (Az-Zumur, 3).

Tolerance in Islam goes to the extent that those who believe in Islam, and those who profess Judaism, and the Christians and the various sects of the Sabeites or Mendaites and the Sebians as well as the Magians and those who incorporated with Allah other deities are free in their beliefs, but shall all have much to answer for. Allah shall judge between them on the Day of Judgement; He is the Omnipotent Who witnesses all actions and all things.

Surely those that believe, and those of Jewry, the Sabeans, the Christians, the Magians, and those who worship others besides Allah, truly, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Verily, Allah is witness over everything (Al-Hajj, 17).

Based on the above, Islam is considered a very tolerant and peaceful religion. But this necessitates hard work and not just waiting to be saved by vicarious atonement. In Islam, Knowing the truth is love, wotking hard to abide by it is a greater love which takes the soul nearer to Allah, And here Allah’s divine love flows down to flood the soul with tranquility and total submission to His will (Islam). Once the soul reaches that status of nearness, the gate of Paradise opens and the soul enjoys its blessedness and felicity.

This is what I call peace, this what I call true love.

  3. Guy Macher

Mr.Guy Macher asked me to explain why the translation of the Koran to other languages can never take the place of the Koran in Arabic? He further added, “If the wonders of Shakespeare can be translated so powerfully that even the French and Japanese admit his genius, why would Allah choose to be unintelligible to most of humanity?

Fair questions coming from a materialistic mind not versed in Arabic and not acquainted with the divinity and spirituality of the Koran.

Shakespeare is not Allah, his writing is a human work that is simple to read by anyone versed in English. Comparison here is irrelevant and unfair

The problem with the Christians or non-Muslims in general when they look at the Koran they look at it the same way they look at their man-made Bibles. The authors of these Bibles are Paul, Mark, Luke and John. The Author of the glorious Koran is not the illiterate Prophet, Muhammad, or any other human being, but the Creator Himself, Allah. The Koran is the literal Word of Allah which was guarded beforehand in the Preserved Tablet.until it was inspired to the Prophet through the archangel Gabriel. The Koran is the unique language of Allah when He wants to speak Arabic.

During the time of Prophet Moses, magic and sorcery was a common and ordinary practice for the people of Egypt. People would simply learn and teach each other. The Egyptians had become an expert in differentiating between what was magic and what was miracle and related to Allah. It was on this base that Allah commanded Moses to perform the miracle of cane; the cane which turned into a snake to swallow the canes and ropes of the magicians and then return to its former situation as a cane. The people of that era fully understood that the action of Prophet Moses was something out of their capability and that this act was a miracle from divine will, and thus they all became believers.

In the era of Prophet Jesus scholars and experts in medicine emerged in the colonies of Greece, such as Palestine and Syria. Science and the knowledge of medicine became the topic most popular. Even in the New Testament, there is a detailed instruction for curing baldness, leprosy, and skin diseases. Curing diseases was considered to be one of the duties of the priests and their spiritual effects. Because of this background, the miracle of Prophet Jesus was curing the sick people. Since the people of that era knew the abilities of ordinary men and priests in curing the patients; they could simply recognize the miraculous ways a sick was cured by divine power or a dead person restored to life.

The situation of the Arab community at the time of Prophet Muhammad called for the holy Koran to be the main miracle of Islam. The knowledge of the Arabs, who were the first community invited to Islam, was limited to their own culture and language. They were unaware of the scientific progress of the world. They used to consider any science other than their own literature as sorcery or as a skill of people from far away. The Arab nation at that time was obsessed with literary perfection and refinement of poetry and prose. The Arabs would hold public gatherings to express with pride the great abilities and advances in their language. In their clubs and public markets poets stand competing with each other, each trying to show the best he had of excellent poetry. Individual’s mastery of the Arabic language was considered one of the primary distinguishing criteria in selecting tribal leaders.

These public confrontations could at times be so destructive as to totally destroy a given individual or tribe and cause them to disband in shame and humiliation, erased from the pages of history as happened with the tribe of Numair. The greatest of these literary masters had their poems transcribed and hung up on the walls of the noble Ka’ba as a badge of honor and an example for future generations. The poems which were regarded “best of the best” where given the name of “Al-Mullaqat” (the hanging poems). These progresses in the Arabic language reached their peak at the time of Prophet Muhammad’s invitation to Islam.

These were the people whom Allah sent Muhammad to, and these were the people whom the Prophet challenged over 23 years to produce a work similar to the Koran. The Prophet was challenging them in a field which they were the world’s foremost authorities in, and the source of their greatest pride. The pagan Arabs whom the Prophet challenged to face the Koran were no timid sheep. They were men of great pride, misdirected as it may have been, who would rather go to war and die a slow and torturous death rather than allow the slightest indignity to be attached to their names or the most trivial challenge go unanswered. These were people who would go to war at the drop of a hat or the slightest disrespectful word. In spite of all that, when the Prophet brought them the word of Allah, the Koran, they fell silent and refused to face its challenge.

The Holy Koran is the only Book that clearly and firmly claims to be a living miracle for all humans of any race, in any place, and with any ethnicity they hold. The foremost miracle of the Koran is in its text. The Arabs knew fluency and eloquence well enough to recognize whether the Koran was divine or non-divine.

The supernatural fluency and eloquence of the Koran made the pagan Arabs admit that the Koran was a miracle from Allah and that it was not invented by Muhammad. This miracle made the pagan Arabs enter into the fold of Islam in shoals followed by other nations (2).

Although the Arabs of the Prophet’s time were highly skilled in poetry and had the power of eloquence, they were unable to produce anything like the Koran. When the pagan Arabs first read the Koran and were struck by its eloquence and magnificent words and rhythm, they accused Muhammad of sorcery and magic. Allah challenged them to join in hands until the Resurrection to bring the like of ten chapters or even one. That they are incapable of this is a proof of the Koran’s divine origin.

Or, do they say: “He has forged it.” Say: “Then bring ten forged chapters like it and call upon whom you can besides Allah, if you are truthful; but if they do not answer you, then know that it is revealed by Allah’s knowledge.” (Hud,13, 14).

If you are in doubt concerning what We have sent down on Our servant (Muhammad), then bring a chapter like it, and call your witnesses, apart from Allah, if you are truthful. (Al-Baqarah, 23).

And again the Koran alleges that they cannot do such:

But if you do not – and you will not – then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for unbelievers (Al-Baqarah, 24).

Say, “If men and Jinn get united to produce the like of this Koran, they will never produce its like, even if they all backed one another.” (Al-Isra, 88).

As a pure Arab who is distantly related to the Prophet, emam Ash-Shafei (b. 150 A.H.), the foremost among those who uphold the supremacy of the Arabic language on religious ground said: No human being unless he is a Prophet can be a complete master of it.. Every Muslim must learn the Arabic language to the utmost of his capacity.”

The philologist Ibn Qutaibah (b. 213 A.H.), asserts that the Arabic language is unique among the languages of other nations and superior to them all, precisely by the characteristics which distinguish the language of the Koran, hence no translator is able to put it into any other language in a matter similar to the translation of any foreign language because the languages of the non-Arabs are not rich as that of the Arabs in metaphor.

Ikhwan as-Safa (second half of the fourth century A.H.) are just as emphatic in affirming that Arabic represented the perfection of human speech, and that accordingly Allah revealed the Koran in it.

Al-Ghazali (b. 450 A.H.) in his treatise on the attributes of Allah said: “The Arabic language has a virtue which is denied to other languages.” Al-Ghazali warned of the danger from change of wording or translation that might affect the divine attributes, a danger which must be avoided by strict adherence to the Arabic.

Since the Koran is to the faithful Muslim the very word of Allah, from earliest times orthodox opinion has rigidly maintained that the Koran is untranslatable, a miracle of speech which it would be blasphemous to attempt to initiate.

Arthur J. Arrberry wrote in his introduction of his book “The Koran Interpreted” : ‘In making the present attempt to improve on the performance of my predecessors, and to produce something which might be accepted as echowing however faintly the sublime rhetoric of the Arabic Koran, I have been at pains to study the intricate and richly varied rhythms which, apart from the message itself, constitutes the Koran’s undeniable claim to rank amongst the greatest literary masterpieces of mankind. This very characteristic feature – that inimitable synphony, as the believing Pickthall described his Holy book, ‘the very sounds of which move men to tears and ecstasy…”

This shows that the roots of the doctrine of inimitability are in the revelation itself. The divinity and spirituality of the Koran cannot be translated. If the Koranic text in Arabic is inimitable, it cannot be inimitable in other languages.

If we look at the content of the Koran, we have to deal with the difficulty of distinguishing between the outer/exoteric and the inner/esoteric meanig. Does the inimitability of the Koran pertain to the outer/exoteric or the inner/esoteric meaning? If we deal especially with the content, we are forced to agree that inimitability is limited to the inner meaning, not to the external meaning. In this case the outer/ exoteric meaning could be translated. But still, we would not be able to grasp the outer/exoteric meaning without being well versed in Arabic.

The translation of the Koran can never be considered as the Koran itself, in its rulings and sacredness. The reason for this is that the translation is not the original word of Allah, but it is human words offered to explain the devine revelation. Besides, through translation, the words of the Koran are conveyed in a language other than Arabic which forms part and parcel of the miraculous nature of the Koran.

Cotrary to what Guy Macher claims: “Why would Allah choose the Koran to be unintelligible to most of humanity?”, the Koran states:

A sending down from the Merciful, the Compassionate. A Book whose signs have been distinguished as an Arabic Koran for a people having knowledge, good tidings to bear, and warning, but most of them have turned away, and do not give ear (Fussilat 2-4).

    Also:

Truly it is the revelation of the Lord of all Being, brought down by the Faithful Spirit upon thy heart, that thou mayest be one of the warners, in a clear, Arabic tongue (Ash-Shu’ara 192-195).

The translated copy of the Koran, therefore, does not enjoy the same lofty standard of the original one; it does not bear the sense of miracles initiated by Allah.

It must be emphasized that there are two kinds of translation: literal translation and the translation of the meaning of the Glorious Koran. As for the former, it is based on translating the verses of the Koran word by word. The scholars hold this kind of translation as impermissible. It is not possible to convey the message of the Koran in this way for several reasons:

1- The foreign cannot deliver the polysemy of the Koranic style; many words in the Koran have more than one meaning. Besides, the foreign language can never convey all these meanings in one word. If the translator chooses one of these meanings according to his methodology in translation, then the translation will be insufficient to deliver the whole message of the verse.

2- Some Arabic words are used figuratively, hence, message of the Koran might not be conveyed in case of translating the verse literally.

3- Some specific meanings are expressed in general words; if a translator tries to convey these words without referring to the specific meaning, he will not achieve the purpose of using these words in the Koran.

4- Arabic has its own unique style which is considered as the key to understand the rulings of Sharia, the matter which could not be transferred through any other language.

In the light of these facts one may ask: “How can we deliver the messaage of the Koran to non-speaknig Arabic nations as we were commanded by Allah who says:

O Messenger, deliver that which has been sent down to thee from thy Lord; for if thou dost not, thou wilt not have delivered His Message. Allah wil protect thee from men. Allah guides not the people of the unbelievers (Al-Maidah, 67).

    The Prophet also said:

“Proclaim (my Message) even (by delivering) one verse (Al-Bukhari).

This could be done through translating the meaning of the Koran. The scholars maintain that it is permissible to do so on the ground that this kind of translation is an interpretation of the Koran and not a translation of the Koran itself. The translator must give a note that his work is just an interpretation of the meaning of the Koran, as he understands it.

The Koran being the book for every age and every person until the Day of Judgment has great depths of meaning: it is an infinite ocean in which every person of knowledge and ability can dive deeply, and according to his capacity finds its pearls and its coral. Its wisdom is, as it were, rejuvenated with the passage of time. Every generation discovers its wisdom anew, and its secrets continue to be revealed with the passage of time. The meaning of one Koranic verse may be compared to a rose bud; it is hidden by successive layers of petals. A new meaning is perceived as each petal unfolds.

In short, Translation of the Koran is only an attempt to present its meaning to the readers. It can never take the place of the Koran in Arabic. Those whose mother-tongue is Arabic are the only ones who can understand the beauty of its music and full meaning of its verses.

The vast majority of Muslims in the world however, do not speak Arabic, so the Koran in its original language is not accessible to them. Muslims have traditionally objected to its translation on the ground that the Koran is the Word of Allah and is the miracle of Muhammad and neither its composition nor its contents can be imitated.

Due to the fact that the Koranic Message is universal, and it is necessary to make the meaning of the Koranic text available to all, the Koran was translated to several other languages. These translations are however, considered to be glosses for personal use only, and have no weight in serious religious discussion. Translation is an extremely difficult endeavor, because each translator must consult his or her opinion and aesthetic sense in trying to replicate shades of meaning in another language; this inevitably changes the original text. Thus a translation is often referred to as an “interpretation,” and is not considered a real Koran.

Pious Muslims recite the Koran everyday, not only to understand its meaning, but to be closer to Allah. They talk to Him through His own words. The more they read the Koran with a sincere and pure heart, the more they feel that their souls are being lifted up to the seventh heaven. Their souls stop at the door of Allah’s knigdom asking permission to enter. He opens the door of His heavenly kingdom to them. They look ahead and see the Throne of the All-Mighty. They prtostrate before it asking forgiveness, blessings, spiritual givings. He willingly gives them and gives them. He satisfies their ardent love for Him by watering them His heavenly nectar. He nourishes their souls from His spiritual meals.Their souls go back to earth willing eagerly to serve Him more and more. Their love for Him guides their steps in the worldly life. Their love for Him is so intense that it flows to their families, neighbors and all that surrounds them. They are the soldiers of Allah on earth.
How then can man translate this to another language? How can a foreigner get to this nearness to Allah if he were not very well versed in Arabic?
    This what we call inimitabilty.

    Conclusion

Now we have dozens of Korans interpreted in English. These Korans deal only with the exoteric meaning and not the esoteric meaning which is differently felt from one person to another according to their nearness to Allah. So the claim that Allah chose to be unintelligible to most of humanity is baseless, groundless and void.

    Dr. Mohsen,
I think we will see those numbers go down very quickly. the propaganda machine of the muslims is backfiring. they appear more violent everyday. 1 koran burned = how many lives? what god, or prophet would support this?

anyone with any common sense, with decent morals, can look at a religion and know this mist basic thing: No god would ever support the massive killings of people, no God would ever guide his people to do the unjust.

quit reading a book looking for a way to live your life. the bible, the koran, both of these are tainted by man. they are nothing but tools to lead the weak minded.

What you think about Islam is totally separated from the facts on the ground. Wake up man and watch what is going on around you.

Read the following and stop your wishful thinking:

At present, the number of Muslims in the United States is estimated to be on the order of between 5 to 8 million. It is the fastest growing faith in this country. Estimates indicate that by the year 2010, the number of Muslims in the United States will reach 10 to 16 million. The estimated conversion rate among Americans is 135,000 per year. The Defense Department reports that there are now approximately 9000 Muslims on active duty in the U.S. armed services (it is reported that more than 3000 Americans embraced Islam during the Gulf war alone). A vast network of Muslim ministries also caters to some 300,000 converts in prisons, with an estimated conversion rate of 35,000 per year.

The predominant group among Muslims in the United States are Afro-Americans. The immigrant communities, which come from a great variety of countries stretching from Eastern Europe to Cambodia and virtually every country in between, comprise the next largest group. The student community is the third largest group. Finally, Caucasian and other ethnic Americans comprise the smallest group, but this too is growing at a fast rate.

Among all these, Afro-Americans are reported to comprise 42% of the total; 24.4% are Indo-Pakistani; 12.4% are Arabs; 5.2% are Africans; 3.6% are Iranis; 2.4% are Turks; 2% are from South-East Asia; 1.6% are white Americans; 8 5 are Albanians; and all other groups comprise 5.6%. The ten states with the highest concentration of Muslims are California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Ohio and Maryland (listed in order of population). This represents 3.3 million of the Muslim population in the United States. There are more than 1000 mosques, compared to 600 in 1980, 230 in 1960 and 19 in 1930. In addition, there are 400 Islamic schools (108 full-time), over 400 associations, an estimated 200,000 businesses, and over 80 publications, journals, weekly newspapers, etc.

The simplicity of Islam and its appeal both to reason and to the heart accounts for its tremendous appeal. With teachings about God, human responsibility and the life hereafter which are very similar to those of Judaism and Christianity, it insists on the necessity of living a pure, God-centered life following the natural dictates of a balanced mind and conscience, following the guidance transmitted through the last prophet of God, Muhammad, peace be upon him. It honors the previous great prophets of the Bible, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David and many others, and also reiterates the belief of early Christian communities concerning the prophetic mission of Jesus, ascribing divinity to the Creator alone.

I have come to the conclusion that reformation of Islam is impossible.
It is definitely a totalitarian political system that uses terror as a tool to intimidate coupled with a sophisticated propaganda system that begins with the false premise that it’s purpose is to worship God.
The religious facade is simply a smokescreen to hide the true goal of world domination.
Islam declared war on all non-muslims 1400 years ago and the war that we fail to recognize intensifies every day. There can be no peaceful muslim as all must be dedicated to the overthrow of the secular governments.
It concerns me that Dr Zuhdi Jasser is accepted by so many conservatives as a “peaceful muslim” seeking reform. I believe he is just a part of the deception of Islam. He needs to be called out to renounce the koran as the blueprint for slavery that it is.

  7. To all non-Muslims who are miguided, and think that Jihad is synonimous to terrorism or fighting against non-Muslims, I present here what Jihad in Islam truly means. Please ponder over my words and spiritually contemplate.

The following is excerpt from my book entitled “Living in the Shade of the Koran” – one of my 11 books published in my website “mohsenelguindy.com” for free reading

    Jihad in Islam

The concept of Jihad is one of the highest concepts in Islam. The Islamic word ‘Jihad’ in the Western media is wrongly interpreted as ‘terrorist’, ‘fundamentalist’ and ‘holy war’. If we translate the words ‘holy war’ back into Arabic, the meaning would be ‘al-harb al-muqadassa’ and not ‘jihad’. Translating the term ‘jihad’ as ‘holy war’ is due to the Christian use of the term ‘holy war’ to refer to the Crusades of the Middle Age against Muslims. The term Jihad therefore, should not be confused with holy war since the latter does not exist in Islam, nor will Islam allow its followers to be involved in a holy war like that of the medieval Christian crusaders.

The term Jihad literally means ‘struggle’. Muslims believe that there are two kinds of Jihad. The first and most important Jihad is the inner struggle of the soul which every Muslim wages against egoistic desires to live a life in the service of Allah. This is achieved by following the five pillars of Islam, and abiding by the Islamic principles mentioned in the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. This sort of Jihad is a war against man’s own selfishness, desires and bestial passion when they get in the way of serving Allah. It is indeed a struggle to put Allah ahead of one’s wealth, family, worldly ambitions and life.

    Allah said in the Koran:

Say: “If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your clan, your possessions that you have gained, commerce you fear may slacken, dwellings you love – if these are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger, and to struggle in his way, then wait till Allah brings His command; Allah guides not the people of the ungodly (Al-Tawba 23, 24).

    The Prophet said:

“The greatest Jihad is that for the conquest of self.”

“The best Muslim among the believers is the one who does not harm the Muslims with either his tongue or his hand. The one with best belief among the believers is the one who has the best characters. The emigrant is the one who abandons all that Allah has forbidden. And the best jihad (struggle for the sake of Allah) is to struggle against oneself for the sake of gaining the pleasure of Allah, to whom belongs might and majesty.”

Those who strive and struggle to live as true Muslims, usually their lives are made difficult due to persecution by their opponents. They are advised to migrate to a more peaceful land and continue with their struggle in the cause of Allah. Allah says in the Koran:

But the believers, and those who emigrate and struggle in Allah’s way – those have hope of Allah’s compassion; and Allah is All-forgiving, All-compassionate (Al-Baqarah, 218).

Allah tests the believers in their faith and their steadfastness:

Or did you suppose you should enter Paradise without Allah knows who of you have struggled and who are patient? (Al-Imran, 142).

Surely we will try you with something of fear and hunger, and dimunition of goods and lives and fruits; yet give thou good tidings unto the patient (Al-Baqarah, 155).

A man asked the Prophet, “What kind of Jihad is better?” The Prophet replied, “A word of truth in front of an oppressive ruler.” (Sunan Al-Nasa’i’, no. 4209).

    The Messenger of Allah said:

“the Mujahid (one who carries out jihad) is he who strives against himself for the sake of Allah, and the Muhajir (one who emigrates) is he who abandons evil deeds and sin.” (Sahih ibn Hibbanm, no. 4826).

    The Prophet also said:

“If you see evil, your duty is to stop it by your hand. If you cannot, you must oppose it by your mouth. But if you cannot, you should undo it in your heart.”

Allah specifically praises those who strive to convey His Message:

Who is better in speech than one who calls (other people) to Allah, works righteous, and declares that he is from the Muslims (Al-Hjurāt, 33).

The true believers in the sight of Allah are those who strive for His cause:

The (true) believers are only those who believe in Allah and his Messenger and afterward doubt not, but strive with their wealth and their selves for the cause of Allah. Such are the truthful (Al-Hujurāt, 15).

The second kind of Jihad is an armed conflict. Fighting in Allah’s cause is given the utmost importance in Islam, and is one of the pillars on which the religion stands. Muslims are ordered to fight and sacrifice themselves for a noble cause like defending their homeland against the enemy, or defending their religion. They call this fight ‘Jihad’ which means fighting in the cause of Allah.

Abdullah bin Mas’ud narrated that he asked Allah’s Messenger: “O Allah’s Messenger! What is the best deed?” He replied, ‘To offer prayers at their early fixed stated times.” I asked, “What is next in goodness?” He replied, “To be good and dutiful to your parents.” I further asked, “What is next in goodness?” He replied, “To participate in Jihad in Allah’s cause.” (Sahih Al bukhari, Vol.4, Hadith No. 41).

The Prophet also said in this respect:

“To strive for the cause of Allah from daybreak to noon and sunset is better than the goods and enjoyment of the whole worldly life.”

But Islam lays down extremely strict rules as to what sort of conflict is permissible. Fighting is permissible to defend one’s life, family, property, land and religion. When war is undertaken it must be pushed with vigor, but only to restore peace and freedom. In any case limits must not be transgressed: women, children, old and infirm men should not be molested, nor trees or crops cut down, nor peace withheld when the enemy comes to terms.

It is wrong to say that Islam teaches its followers to resign meekly and passively to their fate of destiny. Rather Islam challenges the believer to fight against wrong and oppression and to strive for the establishment of righteousness and justice. Muslims stand equal, rich and poor; both strive to die in the cause of Allah. Although Islam teaches its followers to be merciful and incline towards forgiveness even in time of war, it never teaches them to turn the other cheek.

The early Muslims fought many battles against their enemies under the leadership of the Prophet. When the pagans of Quraysh brought armies against the Prophet, the Muslims fought to defend their faith and community (9).

    The Koran adds:

Fight in the cause of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress the limits. Lo! Allah loves not transgressors”And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah. But if they desist let there be no hostility except against transgressors (Al-Baqarahh 190, 193).

If they seek peace, then seek you peace. And trust in Allah for He is the One that Heareth and knowest all things (Al-Anfāl, 61).

After the immigration of the Prophet from Makkah to Medina many of the Muslims were exiles from Makkah. They left their homes and properties back in Makkah and immigrated with the Prophet to Medina. The pagans in Makkah established an intolerant autocracy, persecuting Muslims, preventing them from visiting their homes, and even keeping them out by force from performing the pilgrimage during the recognized period of truce. Allah ordered the Muslims after ten years of persecution on the hand of the Quraishites to fight back in order to restore their rights and spread the religion of Islam.

Leave is given to those who fight because they were wronged – surely Allah is able to help them – who were expelled from their habitations without right, except that they say, ‘our Lord is Allah'”(Al-hajj 39, 40).

When Muslims fight to defend their land or religion, they seek not only to win, but also martyrdom. Martyrdom exists as an active and powerful force in the ideology of Islam. The Koran declares that those slain in Allah’s way are not dead but alive.

And say not of those slain in Allah’s way, ‘They are dead’; rather they are living. But you are not aware (Al-Baqarahh, 154).

Count not those who were slain in Allah’s way as dead, but rather living with their Lord, by Him provided, rejoicing in the bounty that Allah has given them, and joyful in those who remain behind and have not joined them, because no fear shall be on them, neither shall they sorrow, joyful in blessing and bounty from Allah. And that Allah leaves not to waste the wage of the believers (Al-Imran, 169-171).

If you are slain or die in Allah’s way, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are a better thing than that you amass.
Surely if you die or are slain, it is unto Allah you shall be mustered (Al-Imran 157, 158).

And those who emigrated in Allah’s way and were slain, or died, Allah shall provide them with a fair provision; and surely Allah is the best of providers.
He shall admit them by a gate that is well-pleasing to them; and surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Clement (Al-Hajj 58, 59).

These verses of the Koran convey the undeniable message that for martyrs there is a unique and immediate reward. This belief in the special qualities of a martyr found immediate expression in the practice of Muslims so that, among the dead, only the bodies of martyrs need not be washed before burial as they are rendered pure by the very act of martyrdom. The martyr has erased his past sins and purified himself by giving his life as a sacrifice in the service of Allah. The Koranic concept of martyrdom thus became embedded in the consciousness of Muslims.

Not only does a martyr in the cause of Allah enter paradise, but he does so automatically, his admission is guaranteed. Further rewards, as reported by Hadith (sayings of the Prophet) are that the fighters in Allah’s cause will, if killed in the struggle receive privileges otherwise unattainable: he escapes the test in the grave by the interrogating angels; he does not need to path through barzakh (the purgatory limbo); he receives the highest of ranks in paradise, sitting near the throne of Allah. The Prophet described dar al-shuhada (house of martyrs) as the most beautiful abode of paradise.; on the Day of Judgment any wounds the martyr received in battle will shine and smell like musk; his death as a martyr frees him of all sin such that he does not require the intercession of the Prophet; he is purified by his act and so he alone is not washed before burial; awaiting him is a garden of cool breezes, beautiful companions, couches, fruit and drink, and nearness to Allah.

    The Prophet said:

“No one who dies and enters paradise would wish to come back to this world even if he were to be given ownership of the whole world and whatever is in it, except the martyr who on seeing the superiority of martyrdom, would like to come back to the world and get killed again.”

    The Apostle of Allah said:

“If anyone fights in Allah’s path”Paradise will be assured for him. If anyone sincerely asks Allah for being killed (in His cause) and then dies or is killed (not in a battle), there will be a reward of a martyr for him”If anyone is wounded in Allah’s path, or suffers a misfortune, it will come in the Day of Resurrection as copious as possible, in color saffron, and its odour musk; and if anyone suffers from ulcers while in Allah’s path, he will have in him the stamp of the martyrs.” (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 14, Number 2535).

Jihad is not a war to force the faith of Islam on others, as many Westerners conceive of it. Jihad should not be interpreted as a way of compulsion of the belief on others, since there is an explicit verse in the Koran that says:

There is no compulsion in religion (Al-Baqarah, 256).

Jihad is not a defensive war only, but is also a war against any unjust regime. If such a regime exists, a war is to be waged against the leaders, but not against the people of that country. People should be freed from the unjust regimes and influences so that they can freely choose to believe in Allah.

Im wartime as well as peacetime, Islam prohibits terrorism, kidnapping and hijacking when carried out against civilians. Whoever commits such violations is considered a murderer in Islam and should be punished. During wars, Islam prohibits Muslim soldiers from harming civilians, women, children, the elderly and religious men like priests and rabbis. It also prohibits cutting down trees, and destroying civilian constructions.

There is no allegiance to Islam. There is faith in Allah and Islam is an act of submission to Allah’s will that requires Muslims to live in peace with all communities on earth, including the Jews and the Christians. However, if any group of humanity engages in hostility against Muslims then they are required to defend themselves. There is no blind friendship or loyalty in Islam. If friendship to any human being, regardless whether that person is a Muslim, Jew, or Christian leads to corruption
in society, then Muslims are to shun such company and loyalty.

Jihad in Islam also includes: helping allied people who may not be Muslims; removing treacherous people from power; defending through preemptive strikes; freeing people from tyranny; gaining freedom to convey the Message of Islam in an open and free environment (9).

Muslims are instructed by the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet to free people from the bondage of immorality, fear, crime, exploitation, prejudice, superstition and mythology. Justice and equity must prevail.

    The Koran says:

Allah commands you to deliver trusts back to their ownwers; and when you judge between the people, that you judge with justice.
Good is the admonition Allah gives you; Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing (An-Nisa, 58).

O believers, be you securers of justice, witnesses for Allah. Let not detestation for a people move you not to be equitable – that is nearer to god-fearing. And fear Allah; surely Allah is aware of the things you do (Al-Maidah, 8).

Of those We created are a nation who guide by the truth, and by it act with justice (Al-A’rāf, 181).

Surely Allah bids to justice and good-doing and giving to kinsmen; and He forbids indecency, dishonor, and insolence, admonishing you, so that haply you will remember.
Fulfill Allah’s covenant, when you make covenant, and break not the oaths after they have been confirmed, and you have made Allah your surety; surely Allah knows the things you do. (An-Nahl 90, 91).

Those who if We establish them in the land, perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and bid to honor, and forbid dishonor; and unto Allah belongs the issue of all affairs (Al-hajj, 41).

There is a wrong claim that Islam has spread by the sword! The emphatic answer is no. The Koran states:

No compulsion is there in religion. Rectitude has become clear from error (Al-Baqarahh, 256).

The following is a good answer of the question, ‘Did Islam spread by the sword?’

The Christian missionary, T.W. Arnold wrote:

“of any organized attempt to force the acceptance of Islam on the non-Muslim population, or of any systematic persecution intended to stamp out the Christian religion, we hear nothing. Had the caliphs chosen to adopt either course of action, they might have swept away Christianity as easily as Ferdinand and Isabella drove Islam out of Spain, or Louis XIV made Protestantism penal in France, or the Jews were kept out of England for 350 years. The Eastern Churches in Asia were entirely cut off from communion with the rest of Christendom throughout which no one would have been found to lift a finger on their behalf, as heretical communions – so that the very survival of these churches to the present day is a strong proof of the generally tolerant attitude of Mohammedan governments towards them.”

Jihad is part of Sharia law.

Jihad is supported by Islamic charity, part of which must go to the war against kafirs.

No part of Islamic charity is ever spent to support kafirs, though bribes are different.

Bribing kafirs (to help Moslems) is part of jihad…it eventually hurts the kafirs who help the jihadis when they become strong.

American judges who mistakenly support discriminatory Sharia believe they are open-minded, but they are actually supporting jihad for the eventual destruction of the American legal system and its basis in equality of religions before the law.

Sharia makes Islam supreme and discriminates against all other religions and agnostics.

Judges who support Sharia are supporting inequality in the name of equality.

  9. I roamed political Islam, and I was amazed to see that Bill Warner talks about something he does’nt know about. He talks about Jihad and he doesn’t know its real meaning in Arabic. He talks about Kafir, and he doesn’t know its true meaning in Arabic. He takes the Koranic verses out of their context to twist their meaning in order to deliberately misguide his readers. He claims that women are subjugated in Islam and he ignores the fact that women in Islam got all the rights women can hope for.

I had to correct his erronious thoughts regarding these Islamic issues, but he obstinately opposed and rejected. I realized that the man doesn’t want to understand and is willing to proceed in his error until the end. Okay, I will not stop him any further, the man is eagerly willing to threaten his position with his Creator. When it comes to attacking the Koran, the Last testament to the world, and Muhammad, the seal of the Prophets, Allah, the Creator, becomes vengeful, and He also introduces His trilogy program.: 1) afflicting his opponents with tremendous calamities in the worldly life (2 severe torture in the grave (3 roasting in Hell for eternity.

But Bill, the trilogy program of Allah is true and correct, and not false and incorrect like yours.

And now poor Bill is offering us a comedian play resulting from his hallucination, “A model Jihadi material support Bill”! I laugh at him, and I also pity him, because he is unaware of what is in store for him in this world and in the Hereafter. He is but sowing enmity in his society between American Muslims and their non-Muslim Americans. He is deliberately misguiding his readers and driving them away from the truth.

I therefore ask the readers of this site to read all what I wrote in the Bulletins of political Islam to elucidate the truth about Islam. I also ask the readers here not to depend upon what Bill Warner writes here. The man as I saw here, is totally ignorant about Islam and its principles, he just look at them from his evil perspective.

Ladies, and Gentlemen, plesase read the Koran and learn, and don’t rely on Bill Warner and his lies about Islam.

Wonderful and a slap in the face serious as the ludicrous nature of islam and sharia law.

Sharing and thanks so much. I always leave a link back to here. Thank you, Mr. Warner!

Delightfully facetious! I wonder how Muslims will try to wiggle out of this?

Now, put this idea on YouTube.

The jizya is spelled out in detail in the Khaybar section of the Sira. Bukhari has many hadiths about the Jews, in particular, the Jews of Khaybar.

50%? Wow. Pretty step. Islam is a shabby, pathetic little looters’ and moochers’ cult. It’s not hard to predict that the system is frought with opportunity for corruption (in addition to the obvious evils involved.) Could there be a lot of competition among Muslims for jobs managing the jihadi fund and the jizyah fund?

Of course there is, and there will be graft, kickbacks, etc, when appointing fund managers. They will be in a position to trade favors with imams, for example.

Muhammad must not have been a very good businessman if he had to operate a protection racket to obtain wealth. Maybe there’s an embarassing backstory about his business career before Islam that Muslims have been covering up.

In addition to that, it would be nice to have a followup post with precise details about jihad fund and jizyah fund (or Sharia compliance board fund). These will be necessary to confront Muslims and their kafir apologists. They will, of course, ask why you believe these ugly truths about Islam, so you’ll have to cite the sources exactly.

For example, the jizya, aka jaziyah in my copy of the Koran, is prescribed at 9:29. But are there other references to it?
