Description

Sharia Law for Non-Muslims

SHARIA LAW FOR NON-MUSLIMS is an introduction to Islamic Sharia law that gives the reader a taste of Islam. This book makes an effective tool to educate politicians, legal authorities, and public officials.

Islam is a religion, a culture, and a political system. The political system has its own body of laws, called the Sharia, which is derived from the Koran, the Sira (Mohammed’s biography), and the Hadith (Mohammed’s traditions). The Sharia is Allah’s law and is considered superior to all other man-made laws. Many Sharia laws concern non-Muslims and how they are to be treated. Every demand that Muslims make is based on the idea of implementing Sharia law in our countries.

What does Sharia law mean for non-Muslims? What are the long-term effects of granting Muslims the right to practice Sharia laws that conflict with ours? How can any political or legal authority make decisions about Sharia law if they do not know what it is?

The answers to all of these questions are found in SHARIA LAW FOR NON-MUSLIMS.

Bill Warner, a dissident author and advocate of the freedom of speech and an authority on the history of Islam, has provided us with a short, handy book (48 pages) on the chore of understanding Shania law as it applies to Kafirs, or non-Muslims. Sharia law for Non-Muslims is a must read for anyone confused by the jigsaw puzzle of Islamic priorities.

I have not read this book entirely, but one thing I can say for sure and I can back it up. A Non-Muslim is equal to a Muslim.

“All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white- except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim, which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefor, do injustice to yourselves.”

What is the defintion of a Muslim?

The words Islam and Muslim come from the same 3 letter root word (s,l and m) in arabic. Islam by definition means surrender and submission only to the one true creator. A muslim by definition means one who surrenders and submits to the laws of God. As almighty God is the creator of the heavens and the earth and the creation in it, nothing in the creation works at its own free will…that is it follows a law and nothing can break or change that law unless the almighty wills.

That would mean that Jews are Muslims, too. They also submit to the laws of God. Everyone who sbmits to the law of the one true God is a Muslim.

    SHARIA LAW
By Robert Williams on January 21, 2015

Sharia law is the law of Islam. It is based on references from the Koran and the Sunna. Islam is not a religion, it is a religion and a political system.

Sharia law violates every principal in our Constitution. It does not allow freedom of religion or free speech.

The Kafir is anyone who is not a Muslim. Under sharia law, Kafirs may be treated as third class citizens and are not to be treated as equals. They have few rights. 64% of the Koran is dedicated to the Kafir, while 81% of the Sira (the life of Mohammed) is. According to the Koran, the Kafir may be mocked, terrorized or beheaded.

The author states that, “Islam is duelistic. Effectively, there are two Mohammeds and two Korans that contradict each other, which gives Islam incredible flexibility and adaptability. Islam does not have the Golden Rule.”

In sharia law it is Apostasy to leave Islam, punishable by death. When Mohammed died, entire tribes wanted to leave Islam. Thousands were killed. Under Sharia law, art and musical instruments are frowned upon. Slavery, however, is not. Mohammed had many slaves.

This book is filled with many other examples of Sharia law and stresses how it is a great danger to America and the Western civilizations. Because Sharia is a political system rather than just a religion, its spread takes over governments rather than simply living peacefully amongst the other inhabitants. This book is a wake-up call for all of us.

    No Fluff; Straight Facts.
By Lynwood on January 19, 2015

This monograph’s author is an engineer. Warner has studied Islam extensively, and with an engineer’s discipline and gift for brevity he has cut through the ambiguities that many see in the Quran and related materials, to bring the distilled, straight scoop. Reading this book front to back in one sitting is both bracing and chilling. If every American would read this one book, we’d be on our way to a much greater cultural awareness of the threat facing us.

All Non-Muslims should read this little book, to defend our nation against Islamic Sharia Law on our soil.
By Wesley Johns “happy camper” on December 1, 2014

Wowee! What can I say about this book. Words cannot describe it’s value. It explains what Islam has done to Non-Muslims for past centuries, what it is currently doing now in our time, and what it will do next in the future. It advises that we should not fear “Religious Islam” or how Muslims worship their God, but on the other hand clearly advises us to beware of and try to block “Political Islam” from taking root in our country which is the means by which Muslims subdue and subject Non-Muslims under Sharia Law to make us second class citizens and sometimes take our life. This book is only about 50 pages and is easy to read and understand.

  11. Rian Ellery

    Easy to Understand
By Rian Ellery on November 29, 2014

I wanted to know what the Islamic faith believes, and how they have their lives governed by such antiquated ideologies, structured into their laws. This explains enough, clearly enough, and to me scary enough to know I don’t want to live under this political system. This should be essential reading for all non-believers of the Islamic life, if you want to stay that way.

By Ed Ellison on October 26, 2014

This is the one to starte with, but read all of them, until you are filled up and overflowing, with the knowledge of the deceptions of Islam! Praise the real, unconditional loving God, Jahova! Not the conditional loving god, Allah!

This is not a religion of peace.
By Phil Gettum on August 8, 2014

This should be required reading for everyone. It clearly explains why there is such difficulty in trying to arrive at any kind of a compromise between Israel and Gaza. ANYONE who is a practicing Muslim has been instructed by the Koran to hate, convert or kill anyone who is not a Muslim. Period. It is part of their core belief along with the excepted and encouraged practice of deceit and lying to anyone if it promotes Islam. These facts are chilling.

This book is very good. It is very easy to read and follow along. I think this is must reading for everyone. It definitely explains a lot of things and why things happen in the world. It is also eye opening and scary if not stopped from entering out society.

  17. Fearless Woody

A book of warning for the West
By Fearless Woody on July 13, 2014

This small book gives an invaluable insight into the severe consequences of Sharia for all people who are not Muslim. It is very timely in view of the strong push by Muslims to introduce Sharia into many Western countries and to suppress criticism of Islam. It points out that most Westerners are quite ignorant about Sharia and don’t know that it reduces non-Muslims to a status of semi-slavery.It points out that under Sharia there is no freedom of religion or speech or thought or the press. Also that non-Muslims are third rate citizens (dhimmis) whose evidence in court against a Muslim is not accepted, making them legally powerless and easy victims for persecution. These non-Muslims are also subjected to a long list of humiliating regulations which is permanent and is passed down the generations of dhimmis, in some cases for more than 1300 years. It is a book of warning for Westerners who naively do not know the danger.

  22. ELLIS MILAM

    should be required reading
By ELLIS MILAM on October 6, 2013

I chose this rating because I can’t love an inanimate object. This book should be required reading for everyone and especially the news media. It is very educational and revealing about the fact that Islam is not and never has been a religion of peace.

  23. sooz

    Good info
By Susan Wolf “sooz” on August 20, 2013

This tiny book is a good way to get an overview of what Sharia law entails. It is not detailed, but rather a primer for the lay person to get acquainted with Islamic religious “law.” A very quick read – a couple of hours or so.

  24. Larry Reed

This is a “Must Have” book
By Larry Reed on May 31, 2013

Bill Warner explains why we non-Muslims must become aware of what the Muslim minority is successfully to take over our democracy. As a “free” country we have to make it very clear that we will not accommodate Muslim requests for Islamic “freedoms” because these Isamic freedoms are meant to take our freedoms away. Sharia law means that if you are not Muslim you are nothing, you will be lied to because you are not a Muslim, your property will be taken because you are not Muslim. Sharia law does away with women’s rights, and human rights for any non-Muslim. Get informed about Sharia before it is to late. thhis bookk is an excellent start.

  25. Robert Marshall

    Great, but too short

Accurate quick bite. Important to know. But, you need to read Koran too so that you see how his points are accurate.

  26. Ron Jusenius

    A minimal but informative work.
By Ron Jusenius on January 25, 2013

Sharia law is not uniformly applied and has a long history. May I suggest Karen Armstrong’s Brief History of Islam to provide a much needed context.

very interesting, but takes time to understand and look up the meaning of their words. Took me a while but I now know what the religion is all about.

  28. Michael Wilburn

    Review
By Michael Wilburn on April 17, 2012

The statistical breakdown is great. This book provides an overview of Sharia, albeit a biased one. This book provides an overview of Sharia, but does not even acknowledge the complex dynamics. This is a good quick read to gain some knowledge, but it does not even touch upon contemporary Sharia. I like the statistics, but I am disappointed in a book about Sharia that does not even cover some basic principles such as ijtihad.

  29. Klemens Metternich

    Outstanding Manual
By Klemens Metternich on September 14, 2011

This book, manual if you will, should be familiar to all patriotic Americans. At only 44 pages before the Appendix, it reduces immeasurably any excuse for not reading it and sharing it. The prophet of Islam, Muhammad, according to the Quran, was a perfect man who led a perfect life, and all Muslims must emulate him. His life became a sunna of Islam and therefore his way of life was integrated into the legal system, the sharia. The sharia is not for non-Muslims, they are recognized as Dhimmis–3rd class citizens at best. For instance, a Muslim is not subject to retaliation for killing a non-Muslim [o.1.1 (2)]. By the way, on the same page of the law, one also finds: parents are not subject to retaliation for killing their offspring or their offsprings’ offspring. [o1.1 (4) ].

In the Introduction, the authors report that in Sweden, rape investigations do not continue once the police find that the evidence points to Muslim involvement. Sweden is now awash with rapes in which the victims are on their own. The Netherlands was almost gone and Sweden may go any day because of leadership with little or no backbone or understanding of Islam itself.

The book’s first words in the Introduction may be portentous if we do not learn about Islam and teach our leadership: “When you study Islam in Europe today, you are seeing America on 20 years. Why? The actions by Muslims in Europe are based on Sharia Law, the same Sharia Law that is beginning to be implemented in America today.”

  30. Sir Lancelot

Very good intro to Islam’s theo-political jurisprudence: Islam
By Sir Lancelot on September 5, 2011

A very interesting comment BettyH. The reason I say is that I believe this book to be a very good introductory work however for something more advanced I’d suggest reading Robert Spencer’s works or that of Ibn Warraq. If one is looking for something more scholarly they might research the Islamic texts themselves especially the Hadith and other works surrounding Islamic theology re: “Milestones”, “Reliance of the Traveler” and then move into the works by Andrew Bostom or Bat Ye’or. I do think that BettyH is a bit off due to there not being any Muslims in the Old Testament. Of course Muslim’s killed Jews. They did so due to the Jewish community turned away Mohammad as a foolish Arab and not the last prophet. This is why Islam is violently anti-Jewish and is the crux against any peace in the Middle East. Islam has not, cannot and will not afford peace with the Harbis only the ‘hudnah” or temporary truce. Be that as it may even the Qur’an outlines that the lands belong to the Jews Qur’an 5:20-21 for example. On an interesting note is that neither Moses, Jesus or Muhammad knew any “Palestinians”. Mohammad had never been to Israel or Jerusalem which is why there is no Jerusalem or “Palestine/inians” in the Qur’an and due to the aforementioned is why daily Muslims turn their backs on Jerusalem and pray to Mecca. The region of Hadrian’s “Palaestina” and the region of the League of Nation’s Mandate “Palestine” were never countries, states or nations ergo any “nationality” is a-historical unless one wishes to seek the truth of the matter which is currently displayed, and has been on display since 82AD, on the Arch of Titus on the Via Sacra in Rome. There are no “Palestinians”. There is no “West Bank”. There are no “Occupied “Palestinian” Territories”. There is no “East Jerusalem”. This is nothing more then revisionist sociopolitically guided agenda on a realpolitik level and teqqiyya/kitman on a theo-political: Islamic agenda level.

This comment was both for the book review which I thought to be very good for an introductory read to Islam and its Theological Construct: Sharia. There is no “Militant” Islam. Islam has not been “Hijacked” and there is no such thing as “moderate” Islam. If one reads the Islamic texts, refers to both its history, its theo-political jurisprudence: Sharia and the realities of its prophet one must, beyond any reasonable doubt, conclude that the Jihadists are the real Muslims following the classical Islam of its founder Muhammad. How does one think Islam spread from Asia to Spain “submitting”, today, over 50, once non-Islamic, lands nations and peoples?

A very good introductory read. I would recommend the works by Robert Spencer, Fitna by Hon. Geert Wilders and many other websites like Jihadwatch, GatesofVienna, TheReligionofPeace and many others…..enjoy.

  31. Christopher W. Carlson

    Extremely informative. A must read.
By Christopher W. Carlson on April 21, 2011

I think a lot of people think that Sharia Law is not an issue for them. Who cares? People need to read this, because Sharia Law is slowly being accepted throughout the United States, and if allowed to, will soon be something we can’t get rid of.

This book helps to clear up misunderstandings that the Sharia adherent agents try to fool us with. It’s short, well written and easy to understand.

  32. F. Rosenzweig Lives

    The only supremacist “religion”
By F. Rosenzweig Lives on April 2, 2011

This book is a first-rate introduction to Islam where the rubber hits the road — real life. The bottom line is that Islam, unlike the other great religions of the world, is also a 1,400-year-old political ideology governing every aspect of a person’s life.

But Islam is unique amongst the major religions for another reason.

Judaism and the Dharmic religions of Hinduism and Buddhism are not doctrinally universalistic, meaning that one does not need to be an adherent to go to Heaven or to be saved. Thus, for example, Judaism teaches that the righteous of all nations have a place in the world-to-come. Christianity, in contrast, is universalistic, in that by-and-large most Christian sects believe that being a believer is a precondition to going to Heaven and attaining personal salvation. Islam is likewise universalistic, BUT IT IS ALSO SUPREMACIST, in that Islam holds that the whole world must eventually “submit” (“Islam” means submit, by the way) to it, either by non-violent conversion efforts (“Da’wa”) or else by war in the name of Allah (“Jihad”). Hence, of all the world religions, only Islam is supremacist!

For example, a Jewish Orthodox rabbi couldn’t care less if a gentile is enjoying a ham sandwich in his presence in a public place, as the Jewish dietary laws only apply to Jews. An observant Muslim, however, considers pork as “nejis”, physically and spiritually unclean/filthy, and would prefer that no-one consume it in his presence. Jewish law for many centuries specifically holds that “The law of the land is the law”; in other words, Jewish civil and penal law is generally trumped by the law of the polity where Jews reside. In contrast, the Sharia holds that Islamic law and Sharia norms are ideal and should — preferably — be the supreme law of the land.

Once one understands this, this brilliant little book gives one tremendous insight into world geopolitics (e.g., why is it that 90%+ of transnational and intra-state terrorism throughout the world is carried out by Muslims?) as well as Islamism in America:

Islam’s religion always has a political component that must be
accomodated. As a contrasting example, there are as many Buddhists who
have come to America just as Muslims have. Can you name a single
political demand that Buddhists have made in the schools or any other
area? Do you know of a case where Buddhists have made demands for
coming into schools, businesses, law enforcement or hospitals and
making demands that we learn about Buddhism and accommodate
Buddhist practices? No, because Buddhism is a religion, not a
    political/religious ideology.
–Bill Warner, Sharia Law for Non-Muslims, p. 44

  33. Matt Bonner

A MUST read for all legislators, law enforcment, clergy, public servants, etc.
By Matt Bonner on August 24, 2010

This book is an excellent, MUST read expose on Sharia Law that will take you from zero to knowing more about Sharia Law (Islamic Law) and political Islam than 98% of the American public. I strongly urge all legislators, public servants, law enforcement and clergy (and anyone else who cares about this threat) to get this “silver bullet” of knowledge that is all resource based and tightly composed. There is zero fluff or opinion in this book. It is incredibly easy to read and serves as an excellent resource for educating others on this topic. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand the greatest threat facing America and the civilized nations of the world.
